Reakcja rynku może być obecnie niezrozumiała, bo sam przekaz był jastrzebi i zakładał dalszą redukcję bilansu. W naszym odczuciu euforyczna reakcja rynku mogła powstać na bazie: po pierwsze spełnionych oczekwań, po drugie informacji ze strony szefa Rezerwy Federalnej o tym, że zauważają spowolnienie na rynku (docelowo mniejsze podwyżki w przyszłości).
